Before your order leaves us
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Packing time comes before courier transit time. If you need fuel for an event, ask us to confirm the next dispatch date before placing your order.
While your parcel is travelling
Transit time depends on your route, courier availability, public holidays and order volume. Follow your courier notification for the collection location, pickup code and collection deadline. Contact us if your order has not arrived as expected.
Local collection
Choose an available pickup location at checkout. The current pickup estimate is 2–4 days. Wait for your ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling; placing an order does not mean it is ready immediately.
Confirm the collection window with us before you leave, particularly on weekends and public holidays.
