How to Use
How to use:
Tear across the top of the sachet and squeeze the gel directly into your mouth.
Use 1 gel 10–15 minutes before a hard effort, or during training and racing when you need quick energy.
For longer rides, runs or races, take 1 gel every 30–45 minutes, depending on intensity and your fueling needs.
Take with water where possible and practise your race-day nutrition during training.
Boost flavour contains caffeine. Use according to your caffeine tolerance and avoid close to bedtime.
